Light switch wiring confusion!

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some help wiring a new light switch, the old one is pretty knackered and doesn't switch very well any more. This is a double light switch, to two separate lights.

Here is a picture, old one at the top, just in case you weren't sure....

Thanks for any help. The power will be off and I'm not a complete moron so I am hoping this should be straight forward...will also wear rubber gloves, boots and hat.
 
The longer of the red cables going in to the bottom right hand terminal is the permanent live, stick that in to any L at the top of the new switch then take the small bit of separate cable from that L to the other L. Then just put one of the other cables in to a L1 and one in the other.
