Lightest netbook?

I'm currently looking for a very light netbook that as these specs.

- 1.2kg
- 10inch screen
- a keyboard like the NC10
- 160Gig
- Easily upgradable for both the hdd and ram

any suggestions?

(it is called the NB200 in the UK)

Weight is around 1.2kg, it also has the highest battery life which is just short of 10 hours.
