Lighting for home photography

Hi all,

I've got a Sony a7 mk3, fairly amateur in the world of photography. I'm trying to find a lighting for indoors that's not going to take over the world or require mass storage. I primarily will be using it for photos of coffee shots, perhaps portraits and the odd video and a few other things I decide I want to do for "playing" purposes.

Is there a solution ? I've watched hours and hours of videos and content and still rather confused.

Thanks in advance!

Rotolight are pretty good for constant lighting, though not super cheap. I'd probably go with something like that as i've had decent experience with it when I did video work a few years ago.
Thanks - just bagged on on eBay under 100 for a neo 2... after I saw your message as I did come across them earlier and I didn't want to taint the forum post with my lack of experience. :):) Cheers! Just need to look at stands now.
