Not reinstalled as it seems fine now on this set of images...I must have clicked something !

Could it have been auto-sync? Just noticed you can enable in in Lightroom 5 when 2 images are selected, then flick the 'switch' next to the sync button. Doesn't sound like it to be honest.

Anyhow glad you got it sorted.

Edit - as I was messing with it my pics started weirding out too! Grrr, lost a bunch of photos I had rated and before I remembered I had turned this on. Also reset the clarity setting for a bunch of pics as I was going along.

did you mess with the auto sync? select two pics and make sure it's not on!

Its not the 2 pic, since why would it happen about 100 pics later?
