Lighttpd (Windows) - mapping a directory to an address

I'd like to be able to access my download folders through Lighttpd on my download PC.

I don't particularly want to move the folders from where they are as everything is set up perfectly and running really well.

So, is there any way to map a directory to an address, so for example:
When http://192.168.1.100/downloads/ is accessed it'll actually be displaying the contents of C:\Documents and Settings\Craig\Desktop\Downloads
