I'm working on 2 16gb sticks of B-Die memory and have had success at upto 3600mhz so far 17-18-18-39-1T

Is there a general list of best speeds for doubled sided 16gb sticks at cl14/15/16/17/18/19?

Not too many 16gb sticks out there so hard to tell. The built in 16gb double sided profile on the Maximus Apex worked at 3733 16-16-16-35-1T but there was 1 error from a couple of hours of memtest so it's no good.

Not sure if there is one for Intel platforms but for AMD platforms theres the Ryzen DRAM calculator which i have just used as i just got my T-force Dark Pro 3200CL14 memory this morning. Some settings maybe interchangeable but this should point you in the right direction.

It has allowed me to get my Ryzen 1700 @ 4Ghz to get the memory speeds to 3600MHz CL14 with some very tight sub timings.
