Limit specific wireless connection

I have a big question

Is there a chance to limit someone on my wireless network? I use LAN, and don't mind limiting whole of Wless connection all together, becouse sometimes it ****es me off when someone is downloading or using skype. I use virgin media hub with modem router in one.

Any suggestions please?

Yep, i want to limit whole wireless or specific macs to 200kbps down 20kbps up, that will solve all my problems I have Netgear VMDG280, not sure if its superhub or not

Thanks for the help, installing something on the system in question is not possible. So basically i am stuck with router option, QoS compatible. Thank you
