Limiting Download Speeds on Different Computers.

I'm currently on a Wireless Network and there is my computer and 2 other laptops that use it. I was wondering if there was anyway I could limit the bandwidth available to the laptops? I have an 8mb connection, so assign 4mbps for my computer and 2mbps each laptop. My connection never reaches the full 8, but is there any way I can break it up like that?

Gotta support the British teams and drivers. And McLaren has a mix of both. Been a big fan of F1 since I was very young, love it.

Oh and btw thank you for the link, I'll try that out, it looks promising.

It can work across computers on a network making sure bandwidth is never saturated.
