Everyone is blowing this out of proportion I think. This is the "Art" section per say and if the underlying thought behind the painting or photograph is of art, then it isn't porn. Why not just link to off site with a warning/advisory of nudity in the pictures?

I tend to agree with you but no underboss/don/godfather is ever going to permit that

You have to remember that this is a family forum and how many families take their kids to see nude photo galleries? There are plenty of other photography forums on the net where you can get help with this sort of thing.

He is refering to posting images of a nude content and how there are suffient ammount of forums other than ocuk where is he able to post his nude photos.

I don't visit any other photography/art related forums other than this one maybe he doesn't too. I think he should be able to post them in a link with a warning but that's jsut my opinion.

Kids wont read a link saying "adult content warning" and not click it. If anything that will encorage someone to look.
Therefore the best option is just not to post the material. No offense to the forum, but this is a sub forum catagory "AV & photography" and not enough for me personally. I use two others.

Looks like this has generated some controversy

When I have the time I'll sort sending the mods & underbosses who've put their names down here, an email.

For one thing if we allow 'top 100 girls' in GD with FHM style shots (no naughty bits shown though just saucy pics) then I don't see that should be a problem here in the photography forum.

Obviously a full nude would be too much as even though it would be posted here in photography where constructive reviewing & learning can take place - I can appreciate that some of our younger viewers might learn to fast.

I would expect fashion to be maximum limit here. Glamour is borderline if not classed as nude.

I would think "tasteful" would be the key word here.

If you're doing FHM-style pics, that's OK - they pop up all the time in GD, but anything more "naked" would be over the top, (but perfect for sending to me - email in Trust!!!!)

What I don't get is if a photography magazine which can be bought for £3 from any shop by anyone can contain nudity in photographs since it is considered art then why the same cannot be done on this section of the forum ?

Seems a bit of a silly rule really.

Whats silly about trying to have a nice clean family forum? Can you really imagine if you did post nudes here, the amount of people that would simply post "I'd hit it!". As I said, theres plenty of other places that are better suited. No-one here really does nudes anyway so we're not exactly the best people to ask.

Would it be possible to set up a sub forum only viewable by members who've been granted access by the sites admin team?

I've only done one nude shoot but it was great fun and would urge others to have a go
