The noise margin is a little low but attenuation is nice and low.

Are you plugged into the master socket if a short (~1m) RJ11 cable?

sorry i didnt quite get what u ment? im using filters on all my phone connections which are in use but they are fax lines and sky! dont know if that makes a dif! also my router says connected at DownStream Connection Speed 17351 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 1334 kbps
but most of my speed test say about 11 meg dl sometimes less

The "if" in my previous post was meant to be "with".

Try some of these: http://www.leaseweb.com/index.php?p=network.test I don't usually max out my connection on websites often. Usually get better on torrents.

Don't rely on a single speed test as there are not many places that will feed a single connection fast enough to max out your line.

Select a large file to download from each of 3 different locations and then see what their combined download speed is.

Hey thanks for the help, I havent tried the master socket yet, just gotta figure out which one it is. But my noise ratio has now dropped to 5.1
