I've heard that you need to generally go for a slightly larger size in La Senza than most places. Would you agree?

La Senza bras tend to be ill-fitting, so that's probably why you've heard this. I've never felt that I need to go up a size with them though. If you were to go up, only do it in the cup, not back.

Ok, thanks. I've seen something I like on Bravissimo that looks like it's coming in on budget anyway. Not sure if to buy it for Christmas or Valentines day though....

I cant say I've ever had a problem with La Senza but I guess it depends on your shape. I tend to find I cant ever buy from Marks and Spencer or Next because their stuff just doesn't fit me. Maybe I'm an oddball.
