Link Forum Account To OcUK Account?

Not sure where to post this so thought I'd put it in here. Has anyone had issues linking their forum account to their OcUK account. I keep getting the following?

Failed to link your account
An unknown error occurred please fill in a bug report

I've had this forum account for years and can't remember if I'd previously linked it to an old account a while back. Is there anyway to check if my forum account is already linked to one?

Thanks for the reply. I more meant the other way... so logging into your forum account and seeing if it's linked to a website account?

When I go to that page, it just gives me the option to link it but I get the error.

Not that I'm aware of. Perhaps a moderator or admin. can assist you.

I have the same problem - checked that my shop account and forum profile details all match (had older e-mail) but just keep getting an error - who do we submit the bug report too?

Yes we're aware of the issue and I've passed along to IT to resolve. No way around it atm sorry.

When trying to link my forum account I get an error message saying:

Not sure how to fill in a bug report. Is anyone else having this issue>?
