Infuriating problem I got here, and I've checked malware scanners etc.

Say I look for Doctor Who on Google, right? Results come up ok.

Click that 1st link, and I get this!

What's the fluff is that all about? I get it on a lot of Google results, but just gave Doctor Who as a very generic example. The site that hosts that error btw is www.cloudflare.com

P.s. even clicking on the www.cloudflare.com link takes me to that captcha page lol

That isn't legit. Google would be using reCapcha V2 which is non-input based for 90% of cases, otherwise you have to interact with an image.

Scan PC with Spybot / Malwarebytes and DO NOT REBOOT between scans. If you get any positives, tell us what they are as they might be a nightmare to remove.

Cloudfare is completely safe, it probably provides DDOS protection for a quarter of the internet.

Someone might have been attacking the site at the time and they were wanting to check you are human, don't worry about it.

As above. Nothing to with google and I get this all the time if using a VPN. If it does it with more than one site I'm going to assume you're running a Dynamic IP, I'd reboot your router and get issued a new IP and it'll probably stop happening.

As others have said, this is nothing to do with google as the site you're trying to access is protected by cloudflare and they are asking you to enter that code to verify that you are human and not a cheese sandwich.

If you're constantly being asked that on sites that are protected by cloudflare then there is obviously something that has happened in the past that has caused them to constantly ask for human authorisation, so you should read the rest of the information on that page to find out how to stop getting that message in the future.
