Where have I duplicated two rules?

Also If anyone can tell me where I can get another list of rules (blank) so i can add my rules in, I'd be grateful.

I have never forwarded a port on a PC for playing games online, this should only be needed if you are hosting games not playing them

With regard to a gaming console ...a la xbox 360 and the like you may need to forward a port or two, whatever the console requires.
