Linksys WRT54GS V5 router

Just been doin some reading on this and lots are saying to stay away from Version 5.
Thing is I just bought one of these today and its the linksys wrt54gs V5.1 speedbooster one , now what I need to know is what is wrong with them and should I bother connecting it or take it straight back.

One effect the reduced RAM might have is reduced stability, especially if you start throwing hundreds of connections at it with your P2P client.

if thats the case this will have to go back, as I use P2P quite a bit.

now are ther any other good wireless routers worth getting
