Linux Live Distro with EASY Windows partition mounting and folder Sharing?

Probably all noob friendly distros now have read/write ntfs partitions installed by default (fat32 has also been supported for a very long time) so on the first count this isn't a problem. It's simply a case of clicking on the partition in the drive list and it'll mount it automatically. If you decide to install linux then usually during the install process you can add additional partitions to the filesystem so that you can access them everytime on startup.

For folder sharing (I assume with windows computers) you have to use a program called samba. Most user friendly distros provide various forms of GUIs to make configure shares easier. Personally I found when I started this was much easier on distros that use the kde desktop than gnome (examples include pclinuxos, kubuntu, mandriva, opensuse, simplyMEPIS etc). Personally I'd go for pclinuxos.
