Liquid compisition

Just used 1 litre of coolant all of it poured out at the bottom, wondering why this is when all tubeing and compression fittings are tight???
now i have just distilled water about 5 litres.
 
For some odd reason water is leaking out of the front head of my aquastream pump i cant see anything wrong with the fittings??
I have the 2 fittings for the aquacomputer pump one on top and one in front, then I added a monsoon compression fitting and tubed inside of it.

Am I doing something wrong here?

The only way possible, those monsoon fittings screwed ontop of the Grey o ring fttings.
Kind of lost track a bit here o rings are those that block waterpathways?


If so i was refering to the hose extension on the putmp that attaches to the compression fitting

Ok so the orings are doing their job and seems not to be leaking..until the water reaches the radiator.All valves are closed and the compression fittings are sealed tight.
whats causing this??
Did i crack the exterior when scrweing too hard?

Is there suppose to be 2 orings per monsoon fitting or one?I see 2 colours)
The rad is leaking from under the sides near the metal casing.??
I may have put the tubing in the wrong holes on the rad, there are 5 vlavles and 2 holes for tubing thing is i am not sure which way.

I barley screwd them in the rad, must be faulty from start.

Ok so I replaced the new 280mm rad with a 120mm single rad and its not leaking, must have had a sh=== rad to start with.
Only thing is have my other 2 360mm rads got the same issue.
p.s there is a small leaking on the compression fitting near the res I have tried tightening it but still leaking;Although much more alieviated with the O ring".

Anyway I have replaced the leaking rad with a 1 rad as said but I am still get drops of water coming out of the fittings of the Reservoir I have put a o ring on the fitting and secured it TIGHT.
It is leaking as we speak?
Am I missing something here?
 
I have 1 o ring on all my monsoon fittings and have connected the tubes and screwed the top fitting on fairly tight, so why is there leakage coming from the monsoon fitting???

I will try and post some.

There is a sponge that came with my large EK reservoir, does this have some significant purpose?
