That sounds like a good idea, you've got to love it sometimes (maybe not this time) when someone stamps their video from the original source and ebaumsworld blur it out and put their own mark on it with no credit at all.

Ebaumsworld's headquarters were vandalised I believe, and they've recieved many deaththreats for stealing content. Ebaumsworld said they never knowing stole content. SA started a campaign to get all the authors of the original content to stand up and say they were the authors. They also created a spoof website taking the **** I believe.

theres quite a few people I've talked to who have content on there, whenever they email or try to contact these ebrum people, they get nothing in reply, and never have ANYTHING taken down.

I'd imagine ebaums world do it to stop stuff being leeched from their site, break.com do it as well
 
I dont see the problem with ebaums - surely it keeps all these interesting videos, pics and everything else in 1 place? Its not like the people that released them didnt want people to see them, forward them on in emails etc, and its not like they're missing out on money is it?

I really cant STAND the pettiness engaged by people on the internet, its on a level you just dont see in real life, its about nothing and little more than virtual turf warfare :rolleyes: Yeah ebaums sucks, micrsoft sucks, somethingawful sucks, google sucks... :rolleyes:

Someone is making money (yes, ebaumsworld makes a lot of money), from other people's ideas, without speaking to them, nor giving them credit. That is where the problem lies. (Oh and then lieing, when people say this to him).
 
Yes, but who cares? Good on him! They're free videos ffs! Its like saying the BBC make money by filming the world around them. Ebaums is a good thing because it contains all these funny things in one site, and if he had the balls to put a proper site together and people pay him for the adverts that go on it, then good on him I say! There really are far more important issues going on in the world :rolleyes:
