Going to Lisbon on Sunday for a few days. Any tips on what to do, what to see, where to eat etc.? Just me and another friend and he doesn't drink so restaurants over bars please :)
 
There is a good castle and also the Belem tower which is cool. Both typically touristy though. Personally with most good European cities, I quite like to just wander about and visit every other bar I see and chat to locals. It makes for great stories, not long back from Budapest where I did this and really got to know the real city.

Although this probably doesn't help you as your friend doesn't drink. Maybe substitute alcohol for ice cream?
 
dont forget the pasteis de belem in belem and other patisserie. it is yummy.
plenty of sea food restaurants in rossio as well. (use underground to get there.)
 
Have been told about the pastry place in belem by quite a few people, so will check that out :)

@Arsonist - I think your plan works a lot better with slightly inebriated people instead of those on a mild sugar high :p But you never know!

Signing a treaty is no. 1 on the to do list i'm afraid. Watch out for me on the news :D

Anyone else with any other suggestions?
