Outside of consoles - Anarchy Online's soundtrack was very atmospheric i felt much better then the game was anyway! lol

Donkey Country Tropical Freeze has a fantastic soundtrack.

I particularly like grass land groove but the whole thing is just a really well polished game.

That aside, you surely cant disagree that GTA has always had brilliant sound track be it parts of there own and others.

I think the radio chats are the best though there not really music. but a track of sound they sure are
