Found out today Suno can do a "live festival" style rendering: https://www.reddit.com/r/SunoAI/comments/1p1my0r/live_versions_concert_sound_has_finally_broke_me/

Results vary and getting good results from it takes a bit of trial and error but interesting none the less.

EDIT: Though largely you just need the live keyword and a bit of other stuff to shape it.
