Little Chef

Isn't there a wimpey at watford services?

It was open, but after standing there for 10 mins waiting to be served I think we went to BK.

Only ever been twice.. had a breakfast once and it was terrible, and once on the way home from exeter.. only to use the toilets :o

I would love to have a roll of little chef carpet for my house. :D

I love the pancakes and cherries yum.

The place seemed expensive, £7.99 for a breakfast when its not on a motorway is a bit much.

We had a wimpy in Swansea town center for a few months but it closed down. Only went there once and it was totally empty and they took ages making my burger and milkshake.

Actually that's my memory of little chef, sitting for ages and ages waiting for food to arrive. I remember one time the restaurant started filling up with smoke while we were waiting for the order and we had to leave.

Wimpy make the orders from scratch, they don't have a shelf full of ready-cooked burgers like McDonalds etc etc.

Not convinced it will be replaced by anything a great deal better, but you can see how bad it is when its value drops by more than £600m in a few years.

i used to go to little chief every saturday for a massive breakfast with chips, it cost me a fortune, but i loved it

has anyone ever been to dennys in the states, dennys rocks!!!

I worked in a Little Chef. I would certainally never eat in the one i worked in (unless i cooked the food).
But saying that a lot of resturants are filty dives that only ever clean up when the get a tip off that the inspector is comming.

I eat there like twice when I was little. Horrible service. I thought they got closed down, but apparently we will have to wait.
