Your northbridge may be a bottleneck, as may your memory. Which board and ram do you have?

If that's a 650i board - which from memory I believe it is you might try 1.4v or 1.5v through the northbridge.

As northbridges are not thermally protected please make sure it doesn't get too hot and do this at your own risk.

I have managed that, but it realy doesnt like the FSB going any higher than 300.

i personally would lower the v-core voltage to about 1.3 my 6300 runs fine with the v-core at 1.25 @ 2.75, you maybe pumping to much through it tbh

Yeah the E4xxx chips generally need more voltage to get to 3GHz, have you tried lowering the multi and then seeing how high a FSB you can get, as it might be a FSB limit with the chip.

I can get 400FSB at x6 Multi, with x7 wont even boot into windows :(

I need 1.45v at above 3 Ghz, you have a good HSF so a little more voltage would be ok... 1 need 1.55v at 3.5Ghz ! so up to 1.5 is ok to test.

I have a 650i chipset and I just leave all the northbridge and other CPU voltages on auto ... seems fine
