Do i move it back when it's still powered up?

ok above the 6 sata ports either above the blue heatsink or below you will find the little blue chip

i think i found it i looked at the manual and it says something about RTC? you see on my pic on left hand side the blue chip thing i move that onto the 2-3 pin things for 5 seconds then move it back then that should reset it?

i couldnt find it on your manual did it say clear cmos by it?

Well i did it, And when i booted back up it asked me to set up BIOS or load defaults i loaded defaults? and still getting high temps

Sure is, Honestly not sure what to do!. Might just OC it and pray nothing happens to it if something happens gives me and excuse to build a new rig

try that little oc see what temps you get

you cleaned processor fan & heatsink out and checked to see if the paste is ok ?

also try downloading core temps and do xs test

Remove your cooler, clean the old paste off from the cooler and the chip, apply a small blob of past about the size of a small pea onto the centre of the cpu, do not spread it out, it will be spread automatically when when you lower the cooler onto the cpu, if it is fastened by screws tighten them up a little at a time working in an X pattern, do not over tighten.
Use a good quality past such as arctic silver. Remember you only need to apply paste to the cup's surface.
Apologies if you are aware of the above procedure.
Use core temp or real temp to check temps and make sure there is no load on any of the cores. Then run prime 95 and keep a close eye on the temps.

I wouldn't attempt an overclock till you get it sorted.

Also check what the safe max vcore is for your chip and do not exceed it.
