LittleBigPlanet - Play, Create and Share.

I've got a great idea. Not a game as such but it'll make an impressive level, think Landmark recreation.

Just need to get some time to play the damn game. Got Fallout 3 on the go, GoW2 keeps grabbing my attention and I'm trying to fit in a couple of races on Motorstorm 2 each night as well.
 
This game is brilliant. Love it to bits.

I have to admit that even though I read a fair bit about it and watched some videos, I wasn't entirely sure what the concept of the game was and thought I'd play it for 5 mins and never touch it again, which is the case with 90% of games I play.

However, my brother bought it a few days ago and called me in to his room and asked me if I wanted to play. I fully expected to play it for 30 mins, an hour tops and then have no desire to play it again but how wrong was I? we played it for 5 hours. :D :D

It's brilliant. I love the music too, really catchy. On a related note, is it just me or is the guy singing about 'incest' in the Boom Town level? :eek:
 
WARNING

Game breaking bug

It seems that there is a bug where maxing out the speed of a wheel and then grabbing hold of it will cause you to constantly die. This stops you from also using your Pod computer and a reboot doesn't fix the problem.

This will no doubt be patched soon, but be wary of any user levels you may play that feature very fast spinning wheels.
 
does anyone know if its possible to save the costume of player 2? I am playing coop with my missus and everytime we start she has to make her character again... every time... any ideas?
 
is the narrator/instructor the guy off the hitchikers guide film?

got motorstorm same day - havent touched it since this arrived

i thought i would hate it - glad i gave it a chance

Yeah I don't get people being so upset about that saying it had nothing inappropriate in it it was just based on a Mario level or something, well of course you can't do that and calling it Mario World 1 probably doesn't help either, if it's just a case of having a character that looks like Sonic in it though it would be nice if they could let the creator know so they could just remove them.
 
It's not going to look EXACTLY like the copyrighted level though is it?

Unless there's now copyright in the actual layout of levels? :rolleyes:

That's why they shouldn't actually name the levels Mario World 1 or Sonic 1st lvl remake or whatever you're just drawing attention to the fact you have tried to copy something then.

But nobody is forcing you to download these 'half-assed' levels.

From what I've seen the cloned levels play very different to the originals, I don't know what Media Molecule's beef is, there's a car in the green hill clone for goodness sake.

No one is forcing me to play the hills, yes, but thats not saying the group I'm with at the time won't jump into one.
 
Quick question about headsets as I seem to have thrown the charger for my bluetooth headset away no great loss it was rubbish anyway so I need another one, are the usb headsets any good and do they work with a PS3?
 
Has the Sweet Child of mine level been removed? (Dunno if it is game specific stiff they are removing or music as well).

My Heroes level is still there, I think :)
