anyone had any dealings with this? interested in getting a very simple live chat for my site so i can talk with customers directly online with just one click. so many about it's hard to find the good ones from the bad and all the ones i'm finding so far seems a little dated

i'm trying out Comm100 and really liking it. taking a while to get used to and it seems a little slow like when i click accept it tkaes about 5 seconds to do anything, but other then that i think it's going to do exactly what i wanted. thanks all

i've got comm100 up and running and it's so far been succesful. straight away i had a customer as me to quote for a decent amount of work (shame it was in a town we don't cover). i'm setting it up for my sites but i've put it on my latest as i had designed a neat spot for it and it's brilliant which you can see here. www.cleansurrey.co.uk. i've made it so when i'm offline there isn't anything there as i fear i'll be offline too much in day time hours which may give a bad impression, but when i'm online in the late hours of the night it'll be there.

just wish it was quicker as the delay is too long for me from the time the customer clicks chat to when it finally answer, i can be clicking it for 20 seconds before it accepts, and also it would be great if it was possible to have the invitation come across the bottom and not from top.

edit: hello everyone who gets me all excited then gives me the silent treatment

Just installed LiveZilla on one of my websites and I must say it looks like a great package, especially considering it costs nothing!

Thanks for letting me know about it!
