Live For Speed vs rFactor????

Took the plunge last night and got rFactor!!!! :D

Have installed a couple of mod from rfactorcentral.com (the Carrera challenge is superb!!) - are there any other sites I should look at??

My system is as per my sig, and on 2x AA I get the occasional slight judder?? - is this normal, anything I can do to improve the performance without turning it off???

Quick question, I downloaded the game and paid on-line, thing is, my confirmation email says something about getting 5 "renewals" free of charge!?!?
Does this mean I can only install it 5 times before it wont work anymore?? I reinstall my entire system from time to time - cant I simply reinstall the game and use the code they gave me every time???

I've sent an e-mail to the makers asking this but they have a 48hr turnaround and if this is the case, I think I might get the refund!!!!

Any ideas??

I have to say overall I prefer rFactor.

For ease, and instant online play LFS wins hands down.

But the physics and feel of racing in rFactor is much better imho. Mod community is good also.

I'm pretty sure that trymedia give you more renewals if you ask for them. I think I remember reading that you can back-up your licence anyway, therefor not costing a renewal.

Take a look over at the RSC forums.

Just back up your license key, because as long as your pc hardware config hasn't changed, you can reinstall rFactor and copy across the backed up license key and it works fine, apparently.
