got sky max BB yesterday and I have synced at 4mb how long before it goes up to what i should get ..

10 days it will take as I said in your other thread

Don't turn the router off in the 10days. If you feel you should be getting more after the 10 days give sky a call & they will increase it some more.

It usually takes 3 days for the first increase, mine never increased after the first tho, DLM seemed to give up, despite my SNR still being at 15 or so .

I rang Sky up after a week and DLM had finished then, so they changed it to what it should be, altho it can take upto 10 days (mine stopped after about 5).

I've no idea what speed you'll get, but i tested mine on Bes website and it said i should get about 19Mb, which is exactly what i'm connected at now, so might be worth having a look (altho this is probably just a coincidence ), Sky said i'd get about 4Mb/s, so i'd ignore their estimates .

My line attenuation is pretty close to yours and I'm getting 15Mb/s. It doesn't tell you that much though as it's not just attenuation that determines speed, but you should probably get close to that if you've got a good line.
