Loadout

I got into a game yesterday (though it took a little while). Not sure about it to be honest, really wasn't liking the third person camera (is there a way to go first person?)... the guns seemed a little spammy too, though perhaps that's the downside of having customisable weaponry. It seemed to mostly consist of holding down the fire button over the enemy, they do the same, one of you is unlucky enough to die first :/ None of the weapons I got to try seemed particularly clever or interesting (though the beams looked pretty).

The animations on the characters are great though :) It certainly looks the part; I hope it sees some improvements.
 
Set my VCore manually (looks like I forgot to do it when I last reset my overclock) and managed to play for a while, when I finally managed to get into a game.
Nice use of all 4 cores.
Pretty good fun,I'm not sure whether it'll last though.

Pretty much this. I don't like it too much. It's a case of jump strafing and keeping the laser beam on the target, quite literally.
 
never heard of this one, game looks like TF2 (which I play all the time) but a 3rd person version, might have to give this a go!
 
I've played a couple of games! It's fun and the customisation looks interesting. However, it has a very 'pay to win' feel to it, which puts me off.

i don't know how you possibly got a pay to win vibe, it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay for anything which helps you in the game with real money, the only thing you can buy with cash is clothes customization, everything else you have to unlock like playing!

You can buy blutes and xp booster thingies. Which speed up the rate you can improve your weapons.

Buying boosts is acceptable I think, it's what a lot of MOBAs etc do (League of Legends for example). When it comes down to it, it's still technically less pay 2 win than TF2 is (which itself is an amazing game).

I have no idea what you are talking about, I was talking about the graphics and game play style

yea you're quite right. i was simply pointing out to the guy who said it was impossible to spend real money to help you in the game. which you clearly can. nothing wrong with that to be honest, as long as folks are aware.

they have been having issues with login and match making from the get go and have admitted as much in an email they sent out saying they weren't prepared for such an inital surge in interest.

game is quite fun, though a little 'close your eyes and pray for the best!'

would be nice to be able to select which game mode you want to play. much prefer the hammer thingy game and team deathmatch to the capture the flag and collecting the blute nonsense.

but i guess those options will come
