Loads of beef mince, what can I do with it?

Hrm, must be more then 300g then. I threw out the packaging, problem with freezing is that it was already frozen, took it out to defrost 4 days ago or so, we had one bologneise from it that used less then a quarter of the mince for 2 people. Maybe we just have less mince in our bologneise then most, I threw some bacon, onions, pepers and mushrooms in too so there's a fair bit of other things in it.

That's why I knew just one bologneise wouldn't be enough to use it all up. I came up with a plan in the end though. Basically I cooked it all up then took a quarter of what was there and made a really nice curry/chilli/tikka masala mix of basically every spice I had in the cupboard then fried up some takeaway chips left over from last night in the juices from the spice/mince mix. Later on I'll use the rest, still about 2 meals worth for the two of us in an enormous bologneise and just have it for lunch tomorrow too. Om nom nom, thanks for all the tips guys I'm bookmarking this thread for future dinner ideas!
