Loan Advice

Looking at taking out a small loan of around £1,500, this is to help pay for an internship I may be taking in the very near future. Fingers crossed.

Has anyone else had any experience with smallish loans, I have no experience of loans whatsoever. Has anyone found a really good company to use, or am I best trying to get one through my bank...

The problem with small loans under £3k is the APR is normally sky high.
