Soldato
This has happened twice so far since I've moved house. My router is the WRT54G (which I've been using with no issues for a couple of years now). I currently have my PC connected with a cable.
I was happilly reading a review on a website, and when I came to move onto the next page, it simply would not load. I tried other websites, and they wouldn't either. Nor could I access the router homepage, or the ADSL homepage. The systray icon, however, was still showing me as connected, both locally and to the internet. However, my PC had completely lost the ability to access the network. The only way to solve this was to restart. This has happened twice now, just completely randomly.
Why is it my PC is doing this? One minute it is fine and can access the network and internet, the next it simply refuses to do anything over the network until it is restarted?
TIA,
Michael.
