Hey guys,

DId a quick shoot today just to scout a location for me to do some shoots in the future with other models.

This was the only one i got to before it was too dark to do much, and even then light was falling off rapidly! By the end, as i'd left my torch in the car we had to use the modelling light on the 580ex to see the way out :D

They are at The Holme, a 15th century stately home that was finally turned into a nursing home before it was destroyed in an arson attack in 2003 (according to a google!)

Not the best location in the world, but it had some interesting points and could work well with the style of some of the models i have in mind :)

These were just rough shots with not too mcuh thought behind them, and there is plenty i'd change if i was doing it more seriously, but it was also -2c and i'd forgotten my gloves! :p

Are you just free to wander about that place? Looks interesting. The only thing I can say really is that a couple are wonky and your water mark is really distracting.

It must be nice to have a willing model :(
 
could work with the right clothes, unfortunately in a black coat she just blends away. there's potential though.

indeed, the model im planning on shooting here is more of an "alternative" model, and shall try and get some bright clothes if possible to go with it :)
