my lock button is flush with the case, would this be replaceable by warranty?
it hasn't been dropped, and is only 3 months old.

What about without the case...is it still flush??..if so then take it back and get it replaced...if its flush with the case on then its the case thats causing and it probably wont get replaced...in that case take it off ie the case.

Of course, if you mean that the button doesn't protrude out of the casing of the phone itself (as opposed to a case) then take it back
