Lock volume keys on Nexus 4

I'm sick to death of accidentally changing the ringer mode on my Nexus 4 when pressing the power button (who thought putting a power button on the side of a phone was a good idea?!). Has anyone got any idea how to lock these keys so that when pressed, they don't change between silent, vibrate and ringing?
