I did this at a sports match with my university. I phoned the RAC and they came within 10 mins. The guy used a bar thing to wedge the door away, then put an inflatable bag in (reminded me of the thing they use to check blood pressure
).
After inflating, the door was bent about an inch away from the frame, I was expecting the window to blow out but it didnt. He then put a piece of wire in and pulled up the lock knob thing. Scratched it a bit but apart from that its all good.
Door went back to straight too
So my advice is phone the RAC, they will come VERY quick
