Hey peeps, got my self a big problem here, iv just build a pc and all is working just fine apart from say every 30 mins the computer will lockup then 2secs later reboot. I can only think its the memory as all the settings are set to auto.

I've checked the corsair website and the timing is 3-3-3-8 but im unsure what settings go with what timing. So iv got all the options here

dram frequency set mhz 200=ram/fsb 01 01
command per clock cpc
cas latency control tcl
ras to cas delay trad
min ras active time tras
row precharge time trp
row cycle time trc
row refresg cyc time trfc
row to row delay trrd
write recovery time twr
write to read delay twtr
read to write delay trwt
refreasy period tref

All the above are set to auto apart from the top option. Which settings are 3 3 3 4 or i mite try 4 4 4 12 and see if its more stable.

Cheers

cas latency control tcl - 3
ras to cas delay trad - 3
row precharge time trp - 3
min ras active time tras - 8

Or as you look at your BIOS it would be-

cas latency control tcl - 3
ras to cas delay trad - 3
min ras active time tras - 8
row precharge time trp - 3
