2013 was a write off. No beating around the bush, it started well but all went downhill as soon as I moved. ~2 months out of the gym, back in for a couple but plagued by lack of motivation/injuries/phaggotry, out again, in again, out again. ****. Overall went considerably backwards.


So here we stand, 1 January, New Year, New Me Live*Laugh*Love YOLO


Unimportant deets:

Weight: 80kg. Lean, small, gross.
Routine: Typical 3/4 day split depending on feels w/ drop sets, high reps, the lot.
Diet: Disregard everything, acquire size.


Let's do this properly.

Seated BNP 20kg 15 30kg 12 12 12 - unracking this is literally like glossing the walls of aids itself.
Bent over fly 10kg 12 12 12
Cable side raise 15kg 12 12 12
Dips BW 12 12 12 - more glossing of aids
Rope pulldown 25kg 10 10 10
Bar pushdown 25kg 12 10 10

Time to up some weights :D
 
EVERY time you do seated press you complain about the unrack. Why do it?! Just do it standing instead!

Gym was pretty rammed today. All regulars, no noobs, just everyone decided to turn up at the same time!

DB Press 27.5kg 8 8 8 - Still too easy
Smith press 40kg 8 6 5
Side cable 15kg 12 12 12
Rear fly 49kg 12 12 12 35kg 10 w/ pauses
All 3 racks busy (not that I can even squats lol), leg press busy-
**** it calves and abs it is legs another day

Bit of a mission session today, went out for lunch yesterday and did not fancy training 2 hours after a 3 course meal.
