2013 was a write off. No beating around the bush, it started well but all went downhill as soon as I moved. ~2 months out of the gym, back in for a couple but plagued by lack of motivation/injuries/phaggotry, out again, in again, out again. ****. Overall went considerably backwards.
So here we stand, 1 January, New Year, New Me Live*Laugh*Love YOLO
Unimportant deets:
Weight: 80kg. Lean, small, gross.
Routine: Typical 3/4 day split depending on feels w/ drop sets, high reps, the lot.
Diet: Disregard everything, acquire size.
Let's do this properly.
