Log of Peace Part II - A New Beginning

Wow this is a prime example of one of those get fit for new year resolution fails, makes it two weeks exactly and then boom gone.

My training now is just too erratic to bother logging. Lots of switching things up depending on what we feel like, how busy the gym is and who's training. I can confirm I'm lifting harder than ever, arms are the biggest they've been :D and summer bulk is brewing.
