Logitech are awesome

Their services have always been second to none. I bought a MX1000 a few years ago and it's still going strong not one fault with the unit. Okay, I lied, the docking station is a bit fiddly, but it's still good.

I will be getting another Logitech mouse when this MX1000 hits it's EOL and dies.

Well done, Logitech! :D

P.S: I wonder what their SA services are like! :o:p

The opposite for me, I rate this MX mouse 6/10....maybe 7/10 (for when it was in good working order)
NOT worth £60 imo:rolleyes:

When my G5 died and I had lost the receipt from OCUK, I phoned Logitech and they asked me to destroy my G5, take a picture of it destroyed on a piece of paper with the RMA number they gave me and to email it it. Sent me a brand new one in the post. :)

I learnt 2 things from this experience:

1) I will always buy Logitech mice
2) Smashing mice with a hammer is really quite fun

LOL Are You Serious? :D:D:D:D

I hope they tell me to do the same thing.
But instead of getting the same mouse as replacement, do you reckon they would give me the New Air Mouse instead and obviously I will pay the difference...

I would like to take a min and praise Logitech and it's warranty service. I never normally bother to do such things but I have had such an amazing service from them I feel compelled.
Product is a Logitech MX Revolution Product herehttp://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-082-LG
Basically it comes with a small usb wireless adapter and after about 9 months of use it failed. Tried all their troubleshooting they confirmed it was dead. They sent a replacement by UPS and it was with me 48 hours. :)

Fast forward another 3 months and it stops again, tried again a few machines and emailed them. They again tried some troubleshooting and said its possible the mouse etc and they are going to send me a replacement.
48 hours later I open the door to UPS guy again and handed a parcel I was like hmm expecting a small envelope open to find a brand new factory sealed MX Revolution and a note apologizing for the experience.
So thanks Logitech my new mouse is awesome. Emailed them aswell to let them know how great they where. :)
ive got that mouse and touch wood its been ok for a year now but if it does go wrong then im in safe hand's....thanks for the post.
