I've recently had this from Overclockers, but I cant seem to get the mouse to charge?

I dont think the plug is working somehow as I have tried different batteries in the mouse and it works fine. The orignal ones that came with it, have died I assume to a lack of charge.

Everything is plugged in but reading the instructions, I should get a flashing green light on the mouse to say it needs to charge, but I dont get anything. I do get a red light when the batteries are dying tho..

Is there anything I can do to test it further or is something just not working? I didnt want to bother the guys on the phone before I checked here :)

Thanks for the help :)

are you remembering to plug it into the mains adaptor etc? (if it's like the MX700)

if the light is flashing, the mouse is sat correctly in it's cradle and it's hooked up to it's mains adaptor (which in turn is plugged in and turned on at the socket), it could be a dead adaptor :(

However you may also want to check that there is nothing covering the recharge points etc.

I've taken away the plastic covering that used to be on the cradle for the mouse, and that made no difference.

It's all plugged in and turned on (as its in a 8 way adaptor for my two rigs which are on also) I've tried different plug sockets that are on the 8 way adaptor as well, sadly no luck either.

I've tried moving it about and nothing is happening. No lights no nothing. I hope its nothing major!!

lol, i know forum english all to well also lol, in answer to your problem though i think that there may well be a terminal problem with your mouse by the sounds of it.

You shouldn't have any adaptor problems tbh and if the mouse isn't indicating its position correctly then it may well be worth giving OCuk a ring and possibly get an RMA. However someone will no doubt come along and tell you how to resolve this problem for your mouse and render this post void :)

EDIT: Noticed your in ND too! Barny 'bay here ;)

I shall give them a ring and see what they suggest as the batteries are showing me a red light now, so I'm guessing the life is nearly out of them... Not to worry :) I have more! :p

Yeah, I'm in Bideford.. Not to far away... Might have heard my car if I've ever gone through Barny!!
