logitech customer serivce - superb

Man, they sent me a replacement Harmony One as it has a sticky button and a replacement Mini diNovo keyboard as one of they keys had to be pushed harder to make it work.

amazing service from there, I'm glad I have so many of their products in my house with such great support.
 
I have to confess I was dubious about this thread given the experience I have had with Logitech and their discontinuation of support for the Harmony 1000 remote I have.

Recently the remote (200 quid new) had been suffering from some common issues, volume ramping, freezing, poor charging contact, so I thought what the hell lets put in a request with Logitech and just got an email this morning saying that they are replacing my 1000 with the 1100 (current model) free of charge, result I say.
