Logitech Customer Service

Just asked for a manager, got put onto someone different said he would sort it and email me.

Just got a ups tracking number for replacement item. Did take me 2 or 3 phonecalls though. Just keep trying.
 
I got a tracking number for my g9x thats comming, how would i got about using it, on the logitech website it says i need a password as well but they never gave me one . :(?
 
Well i rung logitech today because the left button on my mouse isnt working properly. I explained that i hadnt got the invoice but i could provide pics of said items with any slogan written on a bit of paper they wanted me to.

They have agreed to replace my mouse but i have to ring back in 3 days to see if theres any stock available as they dont have any at the moment.

Couldnt they have given me the next one up? I mean its not an expensive mouse to begin with its out of the EX110 deskset.

And is it normal to replace just the mouse, id expected a new set tbh
