Don't normally ever feedback positive experiences, however Logitech really deserve 5*.

Bought a mouse via OCUK about 18 months ago and recently the right mouse button has been playing up.

1 email to them with my OCUK purchase history and they couriered me out a replacement and didn't even request I return the old one. Its also the S version (whatever that is).

You will find one or two similar threads on here - I myself had a mouse that was waaaaaaaay (and I'm talking years!) out of warranty and Logitech sent me a 50% off voucher!!

Always had very good service from Logitech, it would take something extraordinary for me to buy a different brand now (I'm talking higher end/priced models) :)

When I first started gaming, I heard a couple of vehement rants about how awful Logitech products were... Despite trying out several other Mfr's kit, I've ended up with an awful lot of Logitech kit, simply because it meets my requirements far more than the others.

So hearing that their CS is equally cool is just grin-inducing!!

Only ever had good customer service from Logitech. Recently sent a mouse back that was also out of warranty and it was replaced with a new one.

That said, OCuk are not having a good time with Logitech at the moment (stopped stocking the brand). As an end user though, I can't fault them.

Another +1 for Logitech CS, twice I've had small issues with products and they've sent me replacements no questions asked

I remember a few years ago I emailed them and quite plainly asked if they would be so kind as to give me a discount code as I was interested in buying a new keyboard, and I got a reply that was along the lines of "Sure thing, here!" with a 35% off code attached. :p

I had fantastic service from them with a Harmony remote bought second hand (and I have no doubt the seller knew it was faulty). They had no legal reason to help me out, but gave m,e a discount on a new one which was more than the amount I'd bought the second hand one for.

They were also brilliant with a fault Squeezebox (although I did have to push them a little on that one).

Yep, I've had a couple of experiences with Logitech myself and know of a number of others with the exact same positive reports. A number of other companies could learn a thing or two from them for sure.

Logitech make great products and have excellent customer service where end users are concerned. They have seemingly messed around with retailers however and hence OcUK no longer stock their products. Seems they don't get it right all the time!
