Logitech customer service

Had the paint on my m key chip on the logitech g915 tkl, so I contacted logitech on Monday about the problem, and today I received a full set of replacement key wasn't expecting this as it was only one key, all I can say is wow great customer service from logitech.
 
How old was the keyboard?

I have a T key that's double typing atm on my G413, i've done the usual clean, air dust and was considering reaching out to them, however it's over 3 years old so not sure they'd do much.
 
One thing i can't fault logitech for is their customer service, they have always solved issues hassle free. Easy to be a repeat customer when a brand has good service, as something will always go wrong with tech.

Logitech are amazing, best customer service ever

Historically they've always been good but I wouldn't say that's been my experience recently.
