I know we get a lot of these, but I don't see the problem when they have such good customer service.

My Mx3200 mouse developed a small fault where when I clicked the middle mouse button in, 1 out of 5 it wouldn't register. I emailed Logitech support asking for any tips\advice on how to sort it. After a few emails back and forth, they decided to send me out a MK710 Keyboard and Mouse combo as a replacement!

It arrived today, roughly 4 days after my original email.

I don't work for Logitech but I think people should know what fantastic support they have. I doubt I'll ever buy another brand of Keyboard and Mouse again!

Not only that but the quality is right up there too :)

my logitech g5 seems to have developed a similar fault.

well out of warranty but im going to contact them now based on this thread.

Their support is second to none, had many out of warranty faulty items replaced with new...

I only buy Logitech mice and keyboards for that reason now

Do you need any proof of purchase or anything? because my G5 is having a breakdown and I don't have any reciepts for it as I've had it about 5 years... :-/
