I have had dealings with logitech cs before and have posted here saying how easy and good my experience was.

I purchased a g15rev2 keyboard just shy of 2 years ago and it's been great. The only niggle was one of the support feet under the keyboard that hold it up had come loose somehow and broken.

No real hassle but i do like my keyboard slightly raised. I thought after it being like this for a few months i would phone logitech and see if they stocked new supports/feet. They don't have any in stock so i was expecting a wait till they came in.

How wrong was I. A quick email back to logitech with a reference number and a couple of photo's of the front and back of the keyboard and to save me waiting for them to come back in stock there sending me a complete new keyboard.

You really can't get any better support than that i really was not expecting a new board because of a broken foot/raiser/support. Sorry for the long post just needed to share with you guys how superb logitech are.

I had a problem with my Driving Force Pro wheel (FF had become a little rattly) so I asked them if it could be fixed, bam, got a brand new DFGT coming my way. Amazing service.

My Logitech G11 has a sticky/annoying left control key sometimes, I hear it's a common problem but I don't want to ask them if it can be fixed in case they send me another new product, I'll feel too guilty!

My other support experience was with a dodgy left click on my g7 carbon mouse. As they no longer make them they sent me a g9x replacement. This was after nearly 3 years as well.

Nice. This is one of the reasons why most of my peripherals are made by Logitech (Currently have a G19, G9x, Anywhere MX and 2 G7 Carbons :p ):) but I'm pretty sure they aren't brand new, instead they are refurbished ones. I say that because on the two replacements they gave me (G9x and an Anywhere MX), they were clearly not new.

Or was I just unlucky? not complaining though, since those are worth £120+ o_O

The wheel I got was definitely brand new, not a speck on it, complete with peely off cover on the front of the wheel for protection. Might depend what stock they have.

My 9x was brand new in retail box. Saying that i will be quite happy with a refurb unit.

Same here, both were in a retail box and had their little peeling thingies on them, but underneath you could tell they weren't totally new.

I would say they were around "95% new" which is as good as new and I'm not complaining ;)

Props to Logitech for good refurbishment then ^_^

ive just sent a note to logitech as well regarding my g15 resetting itself and some paint fading.

lets see what they come back with.

Well it certainly ensures loyalty, and it can't be bad having the best support reputation in IT.

your totally right there.

i do like there products and actually have a g15,mx revolution mouse and some z series speakers.

superb products and built to last.

I agree a lot of the products are excellent, but others are overpriced and some I've used were rubbish. Like any company, they have some good and bad stuff, but I think they do keyboards and mice best.

in todays market for pc related items i think they are good value for money.

i will always use logitech from now on due to them being so good and they last for years.

They might be more expensive but with their warranty and replacement standards you've effectively got peripherals for life..
I sent off my MX518 after 2.5 years and got a new one back the next week..
