LOGITECH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I had a problem with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Worked fine about from the wrist rest on it had started to wear and looked tatty. Emailed Logitech and they asked for a copy of the invoice which i sent them and in a couple of days a brand new keyboard and mouse arrived.

Can not get better than that.

This is why I always buy Logitech stuff.

I have:

Logitech G15 keyboard
Logitech G500 Mouse
Logtech X-210 Speakers
Logitech G35 Headset

The G35 is a replacement because my old one suffered from a buzzing in the right earphone when the mic was activated. I still have the old G35 headset which works just fine as long as the mic is not used (and the mic works just causes the buzzing noise to happen).

:)

do you think its pushing it if my 3-4 year old extreme 3dpro with no box or reciept, that has a spazzy rudder were to be replaced? bearing in mind that they still sell this model, and this is the third flight stick ive had off logitech to do that

They sent me a free G9x ''A Bad Company'' sent me a broken G9 so after a lot of rows i sent the g9 back and got a refund and a guy turns up with a brand new G9x from logitech 2 dayslater =D

I just got a MX518 mouse from OcUK and the scroll wheel doesn't work properly, for example if I scroll 6 times in one direction it will scroll back once, very noticeable in WoW when you use heroic strike and cleave on the mouse wheel.

Would you reckon Logitech would help me out? I do have an RMA open with OcUK.

I ll only send something back if its broken IE a clicker not working or button keeps sticking etc...or its not doing the job intended...

I love logitech stuff they seem to last., my V1 G15 lasted about 3-4 years

The only time Ive tried to use Logitech's customer service I was ignored, not sure what happened but it was no big deal really.
My Logitech Wave keyboard that Id been mashing away on for a year and a bit started to misbehave, dropped them an email, 2 days without reply and I got annoyed with using an old Dell one so went out and bought another Wave. Never did get a reply from them though.

so i shouldn't worry about buying the MX518 because its £21, i was getting a bit worried that it would feel "cheap" but this makes me think that it is a quality product :)
