You don't have to send it back, they'll just send you a new one. If you've got the reciept (paper receipt, emails won't work) then it's easier to send it back to Logitech, they'll send them with next day delivery.

i may have lost the receipt but i can provide all details of purchase from my bank statement, ocuk online receipt from my account and email receipt.
i have emailed ocuk to find out more. They highly recommended i email where i bought it for an warranty exchange.

stupid question but iv had this done before. Iv purchased things and lost the receipt but i have given my order number and other details and i have been sent a copy of the receipt. Do OCUK do this service? the shop it did it with only do it on "under warranty" conditions, so if you have to send to the company and not to them they will send another receipt.

Just speak to them over the phone, many of them are very friendly and understands the situation very well. If you explain that you have misplaced the original receipt but can provide some digital pictures of the item showing the serial and part numbers along with the problem, they just may accept it!
They didn't even ask for the receipt for my mouse.

Can you not review your past purchase history here on OCuk then ? You can print an invoice from that I would have thought :)

that sounds like a very good idea! i always thought an invoice online was different from the receipt you receive with the item.
 
Give our sales team a phone call or post in our Support forums and we can look into your order to try and re-send you a copy of your invoice.

Just got a copy of a receipt from ocuk next to instantly. Emailed logitech, got an email saying its under process, 5 minutes later my new g27 has been dispatched.

Honestly...iv never seen such good service! Ocuk+logitech=win. usually im jumping between 2 company getting info etc etc but this is just unreal!

Here is just one of my experiences with Logitech.

I had an old MX1000 great mice I loved it.
But it failed I had it 5 years mind well out of warranty.
I emailed Logitech to see if it could be repaired (I know get a new mice) well at the time I was skint (still am tbh hehehehe).

Any way got an email back saying they needed the number of the back.
I told them its very old and was defaced (worn).

They said ok choose a mouse from this range.
I was like what serious?.

I looked at all the mice and was like ummm the only mouse that looked any thing like the MX1000 and plus my mate has one and I loved the feel of it was the

G700.

I waited a few hours and got an email saying item dispatched.

Two days later me new mice arrived.

Still cant get over it to this day.

I did feel a little guilty because it was an old mice but I suppose they chose to supply me with a new one.

But I have all ways purchased Logitech and I must own half there kit.

I heard about Logitech good service but i never thought much off it until you actually experience it! feels good.
 
Logitech customer service means i buy logitech above every other brand. Their service is quick and fuss free. I made a thread wondering whether OCUK would ever achieve the fuss free levels exhibited by them and amazon with rma's (amazon use your cc details to make sure you send back the product). Imagine OCUK's price with fuss free RMA's, win/win for the consumer.

No one replied to my thread :(
 
This is why I always buy Logitech - can't fault them. On a couple of occasions they have just sent out a new product within a few hours of answering a couple of questions. Really impressive.

They sure are.
Though it makes me wonder how much they make...I mean to just give out things left right and center they must make millions.
 
Logitech make billions. I worked with a guy who modelled rma returns for 3com and even then the costs were very low. They have priority deals with couriers, its the warehouse space that costs them the most from the presentations he used to give, hence why they coughed up best part of half a million to research ways to limit stock piling of rma needs.
