You don't have to send it back, they'll just send you a new one. If you've got the reciept (paper receipt, emails won't work) then it's easier to send it back to Logitech, they'll send them with next day delivery.

Can you not review your past purchase history here on OCuk then ? You can print an invoice from that I would have thought![]()
Give our sales team a phone call or post in our Support forums and we can look into your order to try and re-send you a copy of your invoice.

Here is just one of my experiences with Logitech.
I had an old MX1000 great mice I loved it.
But it failed I had it 5 years mind well out of warranty.
I emailed Logitech to see if it could be repaired (I know get a new mice) well at the time I was skint (still am tbh hehehehe).
Any way got an email back saying they needed the number of the back.
I told them its very old and was defaced (worn).
They said ok choose a mouse from this range.
I was like what serious?.
I looked at all the mice and was like ummm the only mouse that looked any thing like the MX1000 and plus my mate has one and I loved the feel of it was the
G700.
I waited a few hours and got an email saying item dispatched.
Two days later me new mice arrived.
Still cant get over it to this day.
This is why I always buy Logitech - can't fault them. On a couple of occasions they have just sent out a new product within a few hours of answering a couple of questions. Really impressive.
that sounds like a very good idea! i always thought an invoice online was different from the receipt you receive with the item.
