Hi on the Logitech G402 software if I change a button to do something else and press restore the software is not restoring the mouse to default. Any ideas why?.

Using on board memory on the software i changed the DPI shift button to C but now it will not restore to default settings. Any idea why?. I have uninstalled software installed it but not defaulting back to factory?.

I am not sure what you are trying to reset to default but I know if you use the Onboard Option it cannot do certain things (forget of top of my head), you use the Software Profile option as it pops up on screen if you try to do so.

I ran into this issue last week on my G903 as I always use Software Profiles but read here about using Onboard may help some cursor issues.

I hate my last 3 Logitech Mice and the Software even under the new guise it same slightly less buggy crap I just cannot get on with them and switches are cheap quality and act up.
